Our ministers our active members of a church in some capacity or the other... they are serving Gods children. Weddings are not a just a business for us.... its a ministry, a passion to serve and help bring together in marriage that which God has joined. Every time we officiate at a wedding ceremony we are awed by the extraordinary energy that becomes available when two people in love literally step up to commit themselves to this sacred union. Because we are frequently called upon to solemnize marriage vows outside of traditional religious settings, we have seen time and again that a holy temple can be created anywhere love is present.

Although many of us have attended traditional weddings, in churches, synagogues and temples, in recent years we have seen the emergence of a new type of wedding, where couples marry outside of a formal house of worship in places such as parks, beaches or a private home. They often opt for ceremonies that are non traditional, personal and unique. Whether they include religious traditions or not.... most every couple wants their ceremony to be sacred.

Reverend John started Indiana Wedding Ministries over five years ago to service the needs of these people searching for alternatives to marrying in the church, who may have no local church that they attend or are from different religious backgrounds.

All weddings ceremonies have a rhythm, and a life, of their own. The energy comes alive as the bride makes her walk to the altar and builds like a symphony with each segment of the ceremony. By the time vows are exchange, it is as if the heavens open to rain love upon the gathering. Couples can seize the opportunity to unite not just their hearts, lives and families, but to unite their very beings.

Our Minister's

Reverend John Fliris is a licensed, ordained, non-denominational Christian Minister. He has a love for people and a calmness about life and all that it brings. He also brings to each and every wedding a hardworking attitude that is focused on the needs and wishes of the Bride and Groom to be, to help them make their special day a treasured memory.

Reverend Ryan McDowell is a licensed, ordained, Christian Minister who is the senior pastor at Hobart Assembly of God Church in Hobart, Indiana. Reverend Ryan brings a true passion to serve Gods children in this ministry. He has a Blessed gift for working with couples both prior to and after the wedding day. He is also available for before and after marriage counseling to his couples if requested

Reverend Jeremy Eisele is a licensed, ordained, Christian Minister who is a senior Pastor. Reverend Jeremy is experienced in both large and intimate weddings. Reverend Jeremy and his wife have a love for Music Ministry and have performed in numerous weddings. Reverend Jeremy has a heart to serve Gods Children. He is also available for before and after marriage counseling to his couples if requested.

We believe that the institute of marriage should be between "one man and one woman" for a lifetime!

Gen 2:18 God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.”

Gen 2:19 Out of the ground God formed every animal of the field, and every bird of the sky, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them. Whatever the man called every living creature, that was its name.

Gen 2:20 The man gave names to all livestock, and to the birds of the sky, and to every animal of the field; but for man there was not found a helper suitable for him.

Gen 2:21 God caused a deep sleep to fall on the man, and he slept; and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place.

Gen 2:22 He made the rib, which God had taken from the man, into a woman, and brought her to the man.

Gen 2:23 The man said, “This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh. She will be called ‘woman,’ because she was taken out of Man.”

Gen 2:24 Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh.
